Each year, the CCPD gathers data from graduating seniors through the College’s First Destination Survey. As of December 2025, we had first destination data on 87% (294/339) of 2025 graduates.

By December 2025, among reporting graduates:

• 96% of those who sought employment had secured jobs.
• 29% were already enrolled in continuing education.
• Overall, 96% of the Class of 2025 were employed, in graduate school, in the military, or engaged in a gap/service year within six months of graduation.

For reported Senior Exit/First Destination Survey data from 2016-2025 divided by major please contact the CCPD at Career@kzoo.edu. Some graduates elected not to share their first-destination information, so this data by major does not include all graduates in the major.
