KConnect is Kalamazoo College’s official networking platform, powered by Alumnifire. It’s designed to make it easy for students and alumni to connect for career advice, job leads, mentorship, and meaningful conversations about life after K.
Whether you’re a current student wondering what’s next or an alum eager to give back, KConnect is your space to build real connections grounded in the shared experience of a K education.
For Students
You don’t have to go it alone. K alumni are ready (and excited!) to help. Many students feel nervous reaching out. That’s okay! What makes KConnect different is that alumni have already raised their hands to help, and they get it. They’ve been where you are and want to make the path ahead a little smoother.
KConnect lets you:
- Explore career paths through conversations with alumni in your field of interest
- Get tips on job searching, grad school, and professional life
- Set up flash mentoring chats, virtual coffee conversations, or in-person meetups
- Build confidence by practicing networking in a low-pressure, friendly space
- Help your fellow students by sharing stories from your own experiences
